Dear readers,

The time to support the STA Annual Construction Awards Dinner is now! This is our main fundraiser and is only a few weeks away.

I implore all of our members and friends to please consider taking out a journal advertisement. This is a great way to not only support the association, but to congratulate honorees or get your company name in front of 500 industry professionals.

I would like to speak to our member companies about the Emerging Leaders Award that will be presented to outstanding up and coming leaders. Recognizing the hard work of our younger employees is significant. If you have a young professional you would like to give this award to, I encourage you to nominate them by sending an email to Samantha Sweeney-Annarumma at ssweeney@stanyc.com. Please include the nominee’s name, title, email and a short description of why you are nominating them. This year, a few select nominees from General Contractors and Construction Managers will be honored with this prestigious award.
