Cullen and Dykman LLP has been serving institutional and individual clients in the New York region since 1850. Some of the more recent construction projects the firm has defended include the new Yankee Stadium, the recent renovations of Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden and the Hearst Tower in New York.

What have been some of the unique traits of the firm?
For over 25 years, the team has handled some of the largest construction design professional liability claims in New York. It is our priority to work closely with the professionals to best understand their practice and how we can protect their interests when claims are asserted against them.
How has your firm been involved in the construction industry? (Associations, etc.)
Representation of construction contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, architects, engineers and other professionals in all aspects of construction litigation including, personal injury, property damage, construction defect, and delay claims as well as the drafting of construction contracts and insurance policies and endorsements.
What are some challenges the firm has overcome?
We have grown to 25 lawyers in our construction group in 18 months.
