Excellent legal work and exceptional client service. Also, the Workplace Safety and Health practice group, of which I am a primary member, is one of the leading OSHA defense practices in the country.

  • How has your firm been involved in the construction industry? (Associations, etc.)

For many years.  I have been involved in the construction industry since becoming an attorney in 2000. I am also a proud member of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), where I serve on the Insurance and Risk Management Committee. I have given well over 100 OSHA presentations, including at multiple national and regional conferences.

  • What are some challenges the firm has overcome?

None known.  I started here in October 2022, after working my last firm for 12 years.  At my last firm, I founded, and then chaired, the OSHA and Worksite Safety Practice Group.

  • What does the firm think its legacy has been for the NY construction industry?

Generally speaking, providing excellent legal work and exceptional client service. Regarding the construction industry, I have represented numerous contractors in NY in OSHA matters.
