Your contract provisions provide a roadmap for how you can manage your projects, reduce project risks and inevitably preserve your claims. “What Do You Do?” is a special 90 minute interactive session led by one of the construction industry’s leading attorneys who will help you better understand specific provisions and clauses that are usual to your construction contracts.
The session will focus on provisions that often give rise to litigation as well as contract provisions that may be better managed through meetings and possible mediation and arbitration approaches. Not all contract provisions give rise to litigation despite the fact that they may not favor the trade contractor prime or subcontractor. This session will review what select provisions mean and what you can do to best preserve your claims.
